What are some makeup techniques that are natural looking, that will make you look gorgeous ?

i am very pale and plain looking without makeup on. i want my makeup to look natural but beautiful. i've tried wearing eyeliner on the bottom, and then i wore it on the top for a bit, (applying only a thin line of eyeliner while doing these) i don't know what other way i can apply my makeup while keeping it natural, and looking good. i have blue eyes, blonde hair. fair skin.What are some makeup techniques that are natural looking, that will make you look gorgeous ?

i know what you mean...seems like all makeup today is made to look so heavy and dramatic....





it's hard to make eyeliner look natural..but a couple thin coats of mascara should work fine. also, a tiny bit of light bronzer all over your face, and a touch of peach blush help accomplish the ';natural look';.
Put on some bronzer or blush to put a little color. It'll give you a natural glow (if you don't overdo it, that is)l
