What eyeliner style and makeup techniques should i use?

i have quite a dark asian skin tone and i wear eyeliner.what style and colour should i use the thing is hen i put it on the top of mty top eyelid and a line at the bottom it defines my black circles around my eyes.so can anyone suggest any ideas,also how can i make myself look lighter after applying makeup because i tend to look dark after wearing it ,especially blusher;this defines my black circles aswell.What eyeliner style and makeup techniques should i use?
Use a foundation that is your correct skin tone


if you have


Oily skin - dream matte mouse is good


Dry skin - almost any liquid foundation


Normal / combination - again liquid will work best





(Dream matte mouse will dry out skin, so its best used on oily skin. Always set foundation with a powder - loose or pressed)





Apply a pale eye shadow then a thin line of eyeliner in black or dark brown. use a brush and apple a hint of colour or black in the crease of your eyelid.


A smudgey line of pencil eyeliner on lower lid. black / brown.

well i wear alot of relly thick black black eyeliner on the botton and on the top. the i use mascara. but i use alot because thats my style but it looks relly good so...... but black is good for you i think dont wear blush unless you need it
